I’m Michelle from Bloom Resumés and I’d love to share a little about me. I’m a life-long student who thrives on personal growth and development and I LOVE taking additional research and study around human potential, health, wealth and careers!
My ‘why’ is to:

I'm also the founder of Gold Coast HR (est. 2013) where I assist businesses with generalist HR activities and recruitment.
Tertiary qualified in Human Resources and Ayurveda – I have a unique skill set that allows me to help business owners achieve great outcomes through their people PLUS help others find meaningful work through Resume creation, gaining clarity, career direction and providing an opportunity for flourishing in life!

Day in, day out, I weave my knowledge of human resources, recruitment and what business owners are seeking, together with my desire to help people find meaningful work, find their own ‘why’ and re-set their life…

I’ve had some excellent recruitment experience in large corporate organisations like Rio Tinto, Alcoa and BHP. I’ve lived remotely and lived abroad and worked with and for some amazing people. My life and work experience are so varied.
Why Bloom Resumes? After trying to juggle work around my own family and life commitments, and young adult children, I know that I’m in good stead to help others achieve great outcomes. So, if you need a hand in re-weaving your essence, I’m here to help and would absolutely love to do this!
